Findlay is quickly achieving a reputation as a great food city, and with all of our great local eats, it’s not shocking at all!

But with many people that keep to strict diets, we understand that it still can be difficult to find something amazing to eat at times. Luckily, many of our restaurants understand that and cater to many different diets. And yes, it’s still awesome.

Ohio Roll at Japan West

Japan West is known for its great Japanese food and sushi. And yes, there is vegetarian sushi that will make your mouth water. Our pick here is the Ohio Roll. With its beautiful color and fresh taste, the Ohio Roll is feast for both the eyes and the stomach. There is a great selection of other vegetarian sushi that you will want to try as well. Plus, this is a great place for dinner and a show, since you can watch your sushi be made right in front of your eyes if you sit at the bar.

Veggie Burrito at Oler’s

Yes, Oler’s is known for its margaritas and its “delightfully tacky” motto. But there is also a selection of veggie items that will make just about every vegetarian happy. Our pick is the Veggie Burrito. You just can’t go wrong with burritos to begin with, and this one definitely lives up to any hopes and dreams of what a burrito can be. And with the top-notch service, it’s the perfect place for a fun night out with friends.

Mac & Cheese at The Gathering

There is so much to love about The Gathering. The atmosphere and the food makes it an incredible setting for a special night out. And the mac & cheese is a big bowl of love for any vegetarian. Be sure to order it without the bacon and then prepare for a creamy sauce that just can’t be matched. With the other amazing entrées, this is the place for date night with a vegetarian and a meat eater.

Mushroom Pizza at Uncorked Wine Bar

You’ve finished a long day at work and you want to just relax. Then Uncorked Wine Bar at The Wine Merchant always fits the bill. They have a fantastic selection of pizzas that could make any vegetarian cheer. Our favorite is the Mushroom Pizza. A perfect crust, perfectly cooked toppings and a taste that is hard to beat. It’s easy to understand why this could be one of the best pizzas in town. And when paired with a glass of wine, it’s pure heaven.
