There are several ways Visit Findlay can help make your group visit, tournament, or event a special one – one of those ways are through our hospitality services!  Like all things the CVB does, these items and services are available free of charge, both to you as the organizer and your guests.

Welcome Bags

Whether you need a VIP gift basket or welcome bags for a crowd, we have you covered.  Included in welcome bags are general Findlay and Hancock County information, specific Findlay location information (upon request), pens, pads of paper, and other tchotchkes we may have on hand.  VIP gift baskets are available for overnight VIP guests and can be delivered to area hotels.

Web Pages

The CVB can create a customized web page for your visitors to utilize with shortcut links to specific information you think they would find helpful, and with personal links and comments from you.  Each web page has a URL that reflects your organization or event, and we can create a QR Code Card to be printed and handed out at your event.  You can see the University of Findlay Equestrian department’s page as an example, or see a sample wedding page here.

Event Supplies

We have event supplies available to borrow on a first come, first serve basis.  Our event supplies range from signage and sail flags to pop-up tents and fencing.  You can see all the event supplies here and fill out the event supply request form here.
