Logan's Irish PubSlàinte!

That time of year has come again where the world turns green and all of our Irish eyes are smiling. And where is the best place to partake in all that St. Paddy’s Day has to offer? Our very own Logan’s Irish Pub, of course!

On Sunday, you can enjoy live music all day, but I advise getting there early. The Full Irish Breakfast is only available until 2 pm, and it is the perfect way to gain sustenance for a day full of jigs and sing-a-longs. What is in a Full Irish Breakfast? It includes eggs, bacon, sausage, black and white pudding, mushrooms and tomatoes topped with Parmesan cheese. And be sure to top that off with an Irish coffee to really give you that extra jolt.

Mid-day, as your dancing shoes wear a little heavier on your feet and you need to fuel up again, it’s time to look at the starters. This is a perfect opportunity to get some green into your diet. The Spinach & Artichoke Dip is ooey, gooey cheesy, and the sourdough triangles perfectly compliment the dip. And the best drink to wash it all down? Guinness, of course!

Logan's Irish Pub Spinach & Artichoke DipAfter a long day of fun, it will be time to finish everything off on a high note. And really, what is St. Paddy’s Day without some corned beef? You can go the corned beef and cabbage route, but I suggest shaking up your ideas of what corned beef can do. Logan’s Mac & Cheese comes with everything you love about Irish food (corned beef, onion, shallots and peas) all mixed up with cheese and corkscrew pasta. Total win! Adding a side of waffle fries will also ensure that the beloved potatoes make an appearance. And don’t forget dessert. I’m torn between the Guinness Chocolate Cake and Logan’s Bread Pudding, so be sure to order both for the table.

Between the food and the music, St. Paddy’s Day at Logan’s Irish Pub is bound to be a blast. So who will I see toasting Ireland on Sunday?
