In 2018 the Miracle League All-Stars are heading to Findlay!  

Findlay has been selected as the host for the second annual National Miracle League All-Star Weekend to take place in September 2018.  The weekend will include welcome activities on Friday, baseball games on Saturday and capped off by a gala on Saturday evening to celebrate the weekend’s events.  The first ever All-Star weekend will be taking place in Houston this September.

Findlay is home to its own Miracle League Program, and is one of over 300 Miracle Leagues in America, Canada, Puerto Rico, and Australia.  The All-Star Weekend allows each league to send one representative and their family, as well as a board representative, to participate in the weekend’s festivities.  In addition, it is estimated that outside attendance is expected to attract 750-1,000 individuals with an anticipated total attendance of 2,000.

A local All-Star Committee has been formed to lead the fundraising, planning, and execution for the Miracle League All-Star Weekend. All fundraising will be used to cover the capital improvements and hosting expenses for the All-Start Weekend. Any proceeds that remain will stay in the community and be used by the Miracle League of Findlay for the long-term field surface replacement fund.  

The Miracle League All-Star Weekend is a collaboration of the Miracle League of Findlay, City of Findlay, Hancock County Convention & Visitors Bureau, Marathon Petroleum Company, and Blanchard Valley Health System.
