What better way to learn about life in our local streams than going out to see for yourself. Participants will join Hancock Park District staff and go into Aurand Run and use nets to catch fish, crayfish, and other smaller organisms, such as water pennies, damselfly larva, and leeches. All participants must wear closed toed shoes that can get wet.

Meet at the Discovery Center.  This free event is open to ages 18 and up, register by 1 p.m. on Friday, October 7.
