Weather affects us every day, but how does the weather work? Campers will become weather scientists to learn about the different types of weather. We will conduct hands-on experiments and activities to demonstrate how different aspects of weather works, like making a cloud in a bottle and creating fronts in a fish tank. Campers will also record the weather outside and create their own weather instruments to study weather at home. Snacks will be provided, but please bring a sack lunch and a reusable water bottle. Insect repellent and sunscreen are optional.

Meet at the Discover Center.  This camp is for ages 6-12.

Register with $20 per child by 9 AM on Wednesday, August 10. To receive a free t-shirt, campers must be registered by 9 AM on Wednesday, August 3 and attend three of the August Adventure Day Camps.
