Bioluminescence: Why Nature Glows

Ever wondered what makes fireflies shine? Curious about why so many sea creatures glow? When living things produce their own light, it’s called bioluminescence. Join the library to learn more about what creatures have this amazing ability then explore how and why they glow.

This program will be hosted at the Oakwoods Nature Preserve at 1400 Oakwoods Lane, Findlay, Ohio at the Richard S. “Doc” Phillips Discovery Centers.

Grades 2-6 with an Adult Caregiver.
