Cardio kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.
Each fitness class is $15 to participate and it includes a pint of FBC beer at the end of the class for those 21+. Due to limited space, pre-registration is suggested. Walk-ins will be accepted if possible, but not guaranteed.
Plan to arrive by 9:45 a.m. to get settled in. The class will begin promptly at 10 a.m. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. No experience necessary!
