Let us explore the world of insects. First, learn what makes an animal an insect. A story will be read by Hancock Park District staff about the subject. We will then use insect nets and magnifying glasses to search for insects in the park, such as ladybugs, crickets, caterpillars, ants, and butterflies. As we find insects, we will take a closer look at their cool features and learn more about them.
