Discovery Stories: Animal Teeth
May 8 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am
FreeEvent Navigation
You can tell what an animal eats by looking at its teeth. Is it a plant eater, a meat eater, or both? Join Hancock Park District as we look inside the mouths of animals and see what jobs certain teeth do. Skulls of mammals, reptiles, and amphibians will be on display for children to look at. After the story, children can make an animal mouth with mini-marshmallow for teeth.
Meet at the Discovery Center for this free activity, registration is not required. For ages 3-5 with an adult; other aged siblings are welcome to attend.
