All butterflies are amazing, but the Monarch butterfly makes an extraordinary trip each year. We will learn all about the Monarch lifecycle, what they eat, and the amazing migration journey these butterflies make every year. The story we will be presenting for this Discovery Story is called “Hurry and the Monarch”. For our craft we will be making our own butterflies out of coffee filters and clothes pins. Craft materials will be provided.

Meet at the Discovery Center.  This free program is open to children ages 4-5 with an adult; other aged siblings are welcome to attend.  Registration is not required.
