Join Katy Mercer for an evening of gentle yoga & self-love. This class will focus on guided meditation, hip-openers, backbends, extra long savasana, and a sound bath for deep relaxation and healing.
Registration is required at findlaylibrary.org/events and begins on January 8.
Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle to class.
