Calling all kids for a fun adventure in the park with their friends at Hancock Park District as they look for the Great Blue Heron. You will start in the Nature Play Area with the reading of a story titled “Grumpy the Great Blue Heron” by Anita Turnage. Following the story, you will look for the clues that are posted along the trail to where the Great Blue Heron might be found.

Meet at the Nature Play area for a free activity, no registration required. Ages 3-5 are welcome with an adult or other aged siblings.
