Participating food trucks include Leggo My Eggroll, Tano Taco, Dantes Rolling Food Join, Fat Backs Smoke House, Traveling Tom’s, Taco Bonitas, Karlie’s Burgers and More, El Gallo, B&A Egroll, Kona Ice, Rosalia’s Mexican Kitchen, Slippin Sammie’s, Pull Up & Grill, and O’s Little Red Shed.
