It is that time of year when many animals build their nests and await the arrival of their babies. Learn about nests through play, such as what’s in my egg memory game and if I had a bird beak. You can try and build a nest using beak-like tools.

Afterward, you will enter the Nature Play Area and make a large nest like Bald Eagles do. This program will take place outside, so please dress accordingly. Adult companions must remain with children for this program.

Meet at the Discovery Center Porch.  This free program is open to children ages 3-6, with an adult; other aged siblings are welcome to attend.  Registration is not required.
