Imagine finding a little house out in the woods. Fairy houses are fun nature-based houses that kids can create for imaginary fairies or other woodland creatures to live in. Join your friends at Hancock Park District and read a book about who might live in a fairy house, then kids will get to create their own fairy house to take home to their own garden.

Meet at the Discovery Center at the Oakwoods Nature Preserve by 6:30pm. This event is recommended for ages 6 – 10. You must register online with it being $5 per child by 1pm on Monday, August 22nd by visiting the link found here. The maximum capacity for this event is 18 people.
