Jennifer Little is a trained A.H.A. Healthy for Life Facilitator and will be presenting a series adapted from the American Heart Associations Well-Being Healthy for Life Educational Experiences, 2024: A Year of Well-Being.
During this series she will continue to explore nutrition and wellness-related topics while sampling some tasty recipes that go along with the evening’s theme.
