Teens are invited to join Hancock Park District for the chance to learn about the eight owls that are found in Ohio, get a close up look at some of their wings, feathers, skulls, eggs, and feet. They will also get to dissect an owl pellet, which is made up of the undigested materials, like fur and bones.

Meet at the Discovery Center at the Oakwoods Nature Preserve by 7pm. This event is recommended for people ages 12 – 17. Register online with $3 per person by 2pm on Wednesday, July 20 by visiting the link found here. Event maximum capacity is 24 people.
