Planetarium: Space Dogs

Canis Major and Minor, the big and small dog, are prevalent constellations in the winter sky. Sirius, the brightest star in the night sky, can be found at the spot if the space dog had an imaginary collar. Join Hancock Park District to learn more about these two constellations and Mars and Uranus, which will be in the night sky. Participants are required to sit on the floor. Ask about accommodations.
Meet at the Discovery Center. All ages are welcome to this free event, register all attending the program by 1 p.m. on Tuesday, January 17.
