Celebrate Tanabata, the Japanese Star Festival, with Findlay-Hancock County Public Library by writing wishes on tanzaku (colorful strips of paper) and hanging them on our bamboo tree. There will also be a Japanese craft and a story about the festival read aloud. Families can drop in any time between 4:30 and 7:00 PM.

The library’s tree was donated by the Japan America Society of Central Ohio (JASCO) and The Japan Foundation Center for Global Partnership.
