Tween Night: Tackling Test Anxiety

Do you have a child who gets anxious about tests? Looking for strategies to help your child before any upcoming testing? In this program, presented in partnership with the Family Resource Center, you and your friends at the library will explore a variety of strategies to help tackle test anxiety, including breathing exercises, mindfulness, and stress balls. Participants will also get to make their own stress ball.
Children 8 and under should be accompanied by an adult.
