On Thursday, September 23rd, shoppers at a Kroger in Collierville, TN had their lives changed forever when a lone gunman entered the store. Employees and customers alike were attacked, leaving over a dozen wounded physically, many more wounded emotionally, and one woman dead.

Olivia King, the mother of UF Director of Bands, Wes King, was that woman. February 24th’s concert is a eulogy of her life and a meditation on how she died. The bands will be under the direction of Dr. Wes King.
