Learn how to use subdued color to produce a moody atmosphere during this impressionistic waterscape watercolor painting, inspired by Eugene Boudin’s “Le Havre L’avant Port”.

Participants will  learn how to differentiate Sky, Boats & Water using paint and learn how to create focal with only color.
