Whether you are planning your own garden or looking forward to visiting the local produce stand, how can you keep the taste and nutrition all year long?
Extension Educator, Jennifer Little, introduces home food preservation techniques, including canning, freezing, and drying. See some of the equipment and learn simple steps to get started. Taste some simple recipes that use minimal equipment and effort.
