The National Dachshund Races returns to Findlay after a 2-year hiatus for their 20th annual race and it will be a day full of fun events and races. This event is the perfect outing for all ages. You can watch, laugh and cheer during the races and also have the opportunity to donate to several worthy charities.

Small dog owners can check out the website as there are several events that your dog can participate in.

On-line registration is open to register your dachshund or other small breed dog. Information is available on the website or by emailing weinerrace@att.net

10 a.m. Costume Contest open to all breeds less than 15″ tall
     Categories: Best Dressed Male, Best Dressed Female, Best Dressed Group, Look-a-Like, and Most Original.
Lunch Break
1 p.m. Racing Begins!

Proceeds to benefit Sophia’s Gracie Foundation (rescue); Hancock County Sheriff K-9 Unit; US War Dogs Association and Animal Cancer Foundation.
