Slow Flow Yoga

FreeJoin Katy Mercer for an evening of yoga bliss at the library.
This slow flow yoga class will focus on breathwork, gentle movement, and meditation. Participants will experience deep relaxation for the body, mind, and soul. Class will culminate with sound healing.
Please bring a yoga mat & water bottle to class. Space is limited and registration is required online or by calling the Information Desk at 419-422-1712.
