Slow Flow Yoga

Join Katy Mercer for an evening of yoga bliss at the library. This slow flow yoga class will focus on breathwork, gentle movement, & meditation.
Participants will experience deep relaxation for the body, mind, & soul. Class will culminate with sound healing. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle to class.
