Join Katy from The Lavender Hour for an evening of yoga bliss. This slow flow yoga class will focus on breathwork, gentle movement, and meditation.
Participants will experience deep relaxation for the body, mind, and soul. Class will culminate with sound healing. Please bring a yoga mat & water bottle to class. Beginners through experienced are welcome, registration is required.
