We frequently say that the heart of our community can be found in the local villages of Hancock County.  This is never on better display than in the summer, when the hometown festivals take place.  Each of the villages take great pride in their communities, and it can be shown through these homecoming festivals!

McComb Cookie Festival

Saturday, July 16
Cloe Greiner Community Park

Kicking off July’s hometown festivals is the McComb Cookie Festival!  There is something for all ages at this festival, including samples from Hearthside Foods, inflatables for the kids, a concert by the Lincoln Highway Duo, a parade, delicious food, and much, much more.  The fun kicks off at 10 a.m. and continues until dusk with an outdoor Family Movie.  See the full schedule here!

Arlington Village Festival

Originally held in August, Arlington Village Festival is now taking place in July with even more fun.  Don’t miss the parade kicking off all the activities, including a concert by Electrik Circus, Touch-a-Truck, Kids Zone, competitions, and much more.  See the full schedule here!

Three days of fun await you and Vanlue Fest!  There will be basketball, volleyball, and cheerleading competitions, a parade, great food, and fireworks!  This longtime hometown festival finds ways to surprise visitors every year, don’t miss out.  See more details here!

July is full of hometown festivals, but the fun doesn’t stop there!  Save the date for Arcadia’s Pistons in the Park on August 27, Mt. Cory’s Sesquicentennial celebration on September 17, Bluffton’s Fall Festival on September 24, Van Buren’s Fall Festival and Apple Butter Craft Show on October 8, and Mt.
