ArtWalk: Artist Registration

ArtWalk is a cooperative planning event of the Findlay-Hancock County Convention & Visitors Bureau (Visit Findlay), Marathon Center for the Performing Arts, The Jones Building Artists, and Findlay Art League. 

How it works for participating artists:

  • Artist participation is free of charge.
  • You are welcome to coordinate directly with a downtown Findlay business to display or Visit Findlay will coordinate a location for you. Specific location requests will be accepted, but cannot be guaranteed.
  • Promotion of ArtWalk will be handled by Visit Findlay, however, it is vital that all participants help promote for a successful event. A marketing kit will be provided to all participants and printed maps will be delivered to participating downtown businesses.
  • ArtWalk is a free public event, compensation for participation is not available.
  • This is a public event – photos of your work may be posted online.  By participating in ArtWalk you are providing Visit Findlay with permission to post your work.
  • Art may be sold during ArtWalk. However, the artist is responsible for all sales and must provide any details necessary.  Sales cannot be ran through Visit Findlay, participating restaurants/shops/locations, or the ArtWalk Facebook page.

The next ArtWalk is: 5 – 9 p.m. Friday, November 6, 2026

Fall ArtWalk Registration is due no later than Tuesday, October 12.  Confirmation of participation and assigned location will be emailed closer to the event.

  • As we promote ArtWalk on social media, we would love to tag all of our artists. If you do not have a public social media account, please include a link to your online portfolio or enter "NA".
