Corn Cooking: Open House

Free

Corn was a staple food for pioneers. Learn how pioneers grew, harvested, and prepped the corn, the different kinds that were grown, and food dishes that used corn. Johnny cakes, a flatbread made from corn, will be available to sample along with maple syrup.

Meet at the McKinnis House.  All ages are welcome to this free event, registration is not required.
