For many, a hike is done during the day while the sun is up. But there are things that you might miss seeing at night. In this program, join your friends at Hancock Park District as we go on a night hike through Blue Rock Nature Preserve. We will attempt to observe a variety of nocturnal animals and enjoy the cool night air. Bring a flashlight if you wish. Red cellophane will be provided to help with our night vision. If you consider yourself a night owl, be sure to join us on this exciting night hike.

Meet at the Edgar Avenue parking lot.  This free event is open to ages 14-17; registration is not required.
