Teens in grades 6-12 are invited to come paint pumpkins with your friends at the library!

What thoughts and feelings will your pumpkin express? An emotions check-in should be an important part of every day and staff from the Family Resource Center will be here to share a healthy technique that helps teens face their emotions, practice mindfulness, and identify what they need so they can have a successful and productive day.
