Join Katy Mercer for an evening of yoga bliss. This slow flow yoga class is designed to bring deep relaxation to the body, mind, and soul. Together we will focus on breath, gentle movement, and meditation. Class will culminate with yoga nidra (yogic sleep) and tranquil sound healing. Please bring a yoga mat & water bottle to class. Registration is required!
