Intro

StoryWalk

StoryWalk is a fun and innovative way for people of all ages to exercise their bodies, as well as their minds. As park visitors take a walk clockwise around the StoryWalk they will come to seventeen display posts which contain pages of a children’s picture book. By the time they have come full-circle, park visitors will have read a book in its entirety. The library will change the stories monthly near the first of the month.

There are three StoryWalks located in Hancock County.  The Riverside Park StoryWalk begins by Riverside Band Shell (left of Riverside Park sign) and ends at the Waterfalls Pavillion. There is another StoryWalk at Benton Ridge Park, and at Findlay City School’s Jacobs Preschool playground, which is open outside school hours to the public, located at 600 Jacobs Ave.

StoryWalk is a program of the Findlay-Hancock County Public Library.  See the story featured this month here!
