After the Penalty Kicks plan to hit the road or trail for Van Buren’s 14th annual After the PK race!  The race takes place each year the Sunday after Ohio High School State Soccer Finals.

Choose to take part in either the 5k road or 10k trail race starting and finishing at the Van Buren Sports Complex. The 5k road race and 10k Trail Run through Van Buren State Park begin at 2PM. This is a TRUE trail run – tree roots, mud, and all.  Children ages 12 and under also have the option to take part in the Kids Fun Run!

Event supports and is put on by the boys and girls soccer programs at Van Buren High School including two scholarships and team support.
