Kick off your Saturday morning with Barre & Brew fitness class led by Ryse Fitness Studio instructors at Findlay Brewing Company’s taproom! This beginner-level class is perfect for all abilities – no experience necessary.

Barre class is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and pilates that focuses on low-impact, high intensity movements designed to strengthen and tone your body in ways that few other workouts can.

Cost: $15 to participate – it includes a pint of FBC beer at the end of the class for those 21+.

Due to limited space, attendees are encouraged to pre-register.

Plan to arrive by 9:45 a.m. to get settled in. The class will begin promptly at 10 a.m. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. No experience necessary!
