Creating a Healthier Life Wellness Series

A new year offers the opportunity for a fresh start. Join your friends at the library every Thursday in January to learn how the Eight Dimensions of Wellness can offer a broad approach for things we can do at our own pace, in our own time, and within our own abilities that can help us feel better and live longer.
Attendees will receive a workbook to document and track the small changes they would like to make in 2024 that could make a big difference.
