Join Katy Mercer from The Lavender Hour for Slow Flow Yoga & Sound!
A relaxing end to your day, this slow flow class will focus on gentle movement, with an emphasis on breath, quiet reflection, spiritual rejuvenation, and extended relaxation. We will seal our time together with a healing crystal sound bath. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle to class.
