The East side traffic can be sometimes be difficult to navigate to allow ample dine-in time, however there are several fast food options on this side of town.  However, there are a few locations we would recommend for lunch.  Timing would be close – but these spots are worth it!  We’ve noted how far of a drive these locations are from Gateway, but keep traffic in mind!
