WinterFest Market Application

Apply to participate as a vendor in the third annual WinterFest Market!

The WinterFest Market will take place on Friday, November 28 from 4 – 7 p.m.

The WinterFest Market will be held in the Dorney Plaza area surrounding the City of Findlay Christmas Tree.  The market will take place in conjunction with the City of Findlay Tree lighting and the first night of Kiwanis Santa’s House.

We are currently seeking applications for handmade and artisan vendors, artists, makers, bakers and farmers’ market sellers for the WinterFest Market.  Notice of acceptance will be sent out on Wednesday, November 5. Space is limited!

Space is limited! Applications are due Friday, October 31.

Cost to participate is a $50 deposit.  The fee is due upon notice of acceptance.

WinterFest FAQs

  • You must have submitted a completed City of Findlay building agreement.  Because this event is held on City of Findlay property they must have this information on file.  Please email completed forms to Kathy Launder, klaunder@findlayohio.gov.
  • You may submit an application for a Vendor’s License with the Hancock County Auditor here.
  • Please keep in mind this is a family-friendly event and all displays should reflect that.
  • While WinterFest is well-lit you may need additional lighting for your tent.  If you do not have a tent please note that on your registration and one may be provided to you (first come, first serve)
  • This is a public event – photos of your work may be posted online.  By participating in WinterFest you are providing Visit Findlay with permission to post your work.
  • This is an outdoor market and will be held outdoors regardless of weather, except in cases of severe weather.
  • Categories of vendors may be limited to minimize duplication of items depending on applications.
  • WinterFest will be widely advertised via radio, billboard, and social media ads. All accepted vendors will be expected to promote WinterFest via their social media channels. Shareable graphics will be provided.
