Heart-Opening Gentle Flow Yoga & Sound

Join Katy Mercer from The Lavender Hour for Heart-Opening Gentle Flow Yoga & Sound.

A relaxing end to your day, this class will focus on the power of opening the heart through a slow flow yoga sequence and guided heart-centered meditation. We will seal our time together with extended relaxation and a healing crystal sound bath. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle to class.
