Julie is a Sales Learning Business Partner who works for SAP, a global software company based in Germany, where she designs creative sales collateral and strategic communications for global change and transformational learning programs. She is an SAP Academic Advisory Board Member at The University of Findlay and Organization Development Board Member at Bowling Green State University. Julie is a Prosci Certified Change Management Professional and Certified Design Thinking Coach. She graduated from The University of Findlay with a degree in Technology Management and Bowling Green State University with an Executive Master’s degree in Organization Development. 

In addition to her role at SAP, Julie is the Chief Marketing Officer at Stickory, a premier pet sitting company owned by her husband David and is the Owner & Chief Empathy Officer at Change Bytes, a leadership coaching company – both located in Findlay. Julie has an incredible passion for design, so in her free time you will find her working on design projects in her 1903 Colonial Revival home, which she has lovingly named Mabel On Main. Julie and her husband David are “Findlay Faithfuls” and they have one daughter, Megan, 32, who resides in Kentucky. They also recently rescued a 100-pound English Setter named Huck Hendricks, so you will find her on social sharing a day in the life of a rescue dog or hosting monthly community pack walks.
